📋 Test Instructions:

  1. Open Chrome DevTools → Network tab → Check "Preserve log"
  2. Click a test button below
  3. IMMEDIATELY switch to another tab after clicking (critical!)
  4. Wait 10 seconds, then switch back
  5. Check Chrome History (chrome://history/) → Search for "127.0.0.1:8000/hop"
  6. Count how many hop URLs appear in history

Test 1: 0ms Dwell Time (Instant Redirect)
